Lauren is originally from Inman, South Carolina just outside of Spartanburg.  She is a 1992 graduate of Chapman High School in Inman and a 1996 graduate of the University of South Carolina at Spartanburg where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications.  She has lived in Morristown, TN since January 1998.  Lauren has been in the local real estate market since 1998.  She was associated with Re/Max for 4 years.  She has been associated with First Realty for the past 3 years.  Prior to working in real estate Lauren spent time in the insurance and outdoor advertising industries.  Lauren is an active and involved member of Alpha Baptist Church in Talbott.  Lauren obtained her GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) in October of 2000 and her Broker License in December 2004.   Lauren enjoys spending time reading and raising her son, Will.

Kevin is originally from Kingsport, TN.  He is a 1985 graduate of Sullivan South High School and a 1990 graduate of Tennessee Technological University where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.  Kevin earned his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Clemson University in 1996.  Kevin has also lived in Morristown since January, 1998.  Prior to working in real estate, Kevin worked as a design engineer for 13 years in several different types of industries.  Kevin is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Tennessee and South Carolina.  Kevin has been associated with First Realty since November, 2003.  Kevin is also an active and involved member of Alpha Baptist Church in Talbott.  Kevin enjoys restoring old vehicles, being outdoors and raising his son, Will.
